Remodel your meditation practice into something more wild and free with Mind Bod Adventure Pod co-hosts Jeff Warren and Tasha Schumann.
Practice can make the box you live in feel nicer, or it can explode the whole box and transform it into something wilder and more free. In this retreat, you will explore both.
Over five days, Jeff and Tasha will focus on three pillars of practice rooted in Buddhist methods: practices of stability, practices of expression, and practices of direct-seeing into the bonkers interconnected nature of reality.
What does that mean? It means you learn to:
- Meditate in stillness—kind of drooly, kind of happy
- Meditate in movement—wiggly! stretchy!
- Meditate in relationship to one another
Jeff and Tasha will help you clarify the mechanics of these practices, feel their effects, and look at what they seem to be pointing to.
From grizzled meditators to bright-eyed beginners, the only requirements are a curious mind and an open heart. You will go broad, you will go deep, and you will do it all in community. Also there’s a dance party. With jokes!
