Spark Your Health presents a virtual combination yoga and writing class with writer and yoga teacher, Jennifer Lang.
In this session, you’ll take a deep dive into both your body and mind to raise awareness of your thoughts and sensations. During your time on the mat, you’ll tune into your breath through a slow vinyasa flow, tune into your inner sanctums through meditation, and write.
This program is geared toward all levels of physical yoga practitioners and to anyone who journals, writes, yearns to write, or wrestles with writing, feels blocked or craves inspiration.
