SUMMARY:New Beginnings: a New Year 5Rhythms® Workshop
DESCRIPTION:You’ll spend the first Sunday of the year dancing the 5Rhythms with Karoliina Valontaival\, Finland’s first accredited 5Rhythms teacher. This foundational Waves workshop uses free-form movement as a moving meditation\, with no steps to learn and no experience needed. \nThe day is shaped around letting go of the old year and making room for the new one\, with a focus on embodied gratitude and acceptance. You’ll leave lighter\, more present in your body\, and with a practice you can return to whenever you need it.

SUMMARY:The Resonant Heart: Sound Journeys for Love and Renewal
DESCRIPTION:You’ll spend five days on the Big Sur coast immersed in sound journeys led by Deva Munay\, who also teaches sound in Esalen’s open-class program. The week centers on using sound as a way back to the heart: receiving\, resting and renewing. \nBetween sessions you’ll have Esalen’s hot springs\, meals and open classes. You’ll leave with a deeper\, embodied relationship to sound as a practice for love and restoration\, and plenty of quiet to let it land.
