How do you decide which experts you work with?
At rooh, we focus on bringing the best talent and experiences to our platform. Every experience is carefully selected, and each expert goes through a review process to ensure alignment with our mission and core values. This helps us provide high-quality experiences that truly support our community. When you submit a request to collaborate, we review your information and set up a call to make sure we’re a good match. This way, we can both see if we’re the right fit for your needs and goals.
I just submitted my request, when will I hear back?
A member of our team will reach out within 24-36 hours of you submitting your request. Please note that our team operates on US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If your request is submitted after hours on a Friday, you can expect a response early the following week. Thank you in advance for your patience!
Do you handle all experience logistics?
We’re fully committed to supporting you across multiple facets of your experience. From managing ticketing and attendee communications to amplifying your experience through our platform and social channels, crafting content, and providing support for your big go-live moment, our focus is on your success. If you need assistance with venue sourcing, travel coordination, and catering there’s a good chance we can help.
